Booking Policies

A £30 cancellation fee will apply per appointment if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or in case of a no-show.

All appointments require a consultation and patch test before proceeding with any treatment.

PMU pricing does not include a top-up session or colour refresh. These must be booked separately.

Clients consent to medical images being taken for insurance and medical documentation purposes.

Appointments under £75 require full payment upfront. For bookings over £75, a 10% deposit must be paid before the appointment.
